For this assignment, I had to show a memory and a change in time. I used the rose to represent friendships and relationships in the past. The blooming rose represents a new friendship or relationship and the dead rose represents the end of the friendship or relationship. I used multiple images to show the change in time. Also, I included the middle image to show the time period that exists between "new and alive" and "old and dead". I originally wanted a lighter image for the new rose and darker images for the dying and dead roses. However, if I were to reshoot these images, I would include a background in all of the images.
